MISSION: To determine the problems and requirements of people and the related institutions in the field of Medical Microbiology specialty, to find solutions, to supply legal support for the improvement and restoration of professional and personel rights, to cooperate with national and international establishments and institutions, to set a goal for the improvement and restoration of the quality in the areas of specialty education, service and research and to promote its members to act towards this goal.
VISION: To be a respectable and vibrant society which has institutionalized, is in coordination and cooperation with the related establishments and institutions, has all its members gained their professional rights, is conducting and publishing innovative, multi-center scientific studies, has impact in international medical literature and establishment of national standarts in the field of medical microbiology, is consulted to give expert opinion to solve problems, is providing access to a standard specialty training programme which is evaluated and accredited.
